Delivery Information
I cannot wait for you to receive your new pieces. Here is everything you need to know about how we process, pack and send your order.
Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing Once you place your order, we aim to process it within one to three working days. Orders placed Monday to Thursday are often processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be handled the following Monday.
Delivery Time After your order is processed, it will be on its way to you within an average of five to twelve working days, depending on your location. We always do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you ever have questions or need a hand, just reach out. I am here for you.

Checkout When you are ready, head to checkout and enter your delivery details. Make sure everything is spelled correctly so your parcel finds its way home.
Review and Confirm Take a quick moment to review your address and order before moving on to payment.
Payment Choose from secure payment options including: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro) PayPal Google Pay Apple Pay
Click Complete Order, follow the steps and you are all set. If you run into any issues at all, email us and we will sort it out for you right away.

Our Shipping Approach
We work thoughtfully to keep our prices fair and reduce our environmental footprint. That means we gather orders in batches and ship when we reach our minimum threshold. It is our way of staying sustainable and efficient while still getting you the pieces you love.
Track Your Order
Want to follow your parcel on its journey to you? Track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page. Tracking details will be available online two to three days after your order is placed.
A Note on Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control. If your parcel is taking longer than expected or you need it urgently, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution quickly.
